The purpose of this role is to provide 2nd level support to our clients customers in Zurich.

Requirements:
*2 years of experiences in similar environment.
*Fluent in German and English
*Strong knowledge and experience of Lotus Notes
*Team spirit, motivated and committed
*Customers services oriented
*Microsoft Office knowledge *Financial Feeds experience (Reuters, Bloomberg)
*Banking Experience a plus
