Test, UAT, QA, financial services. Our client are a household name financial services company, established for over 150 years and in the top 50 companies on the FTSE 100. Internal restructuring has lead to the release of several senior test roles. The main duties within the role will be to provide and control business testing processes that are consistent with test strategies, thus ensuring the quality and efficiency of testing throughout the project lifecycle. You will be determining the appropriate test approach, methodologies, tools and resource, liaising with Business, IT function to ensure cost effective testing. You will provide expert guidance and advice at all stages of the development lifecycle. We are looking for applications from business focussed testers from a financial services background. Candidates will ideally have test / PM certifications, but this is not essential. Candidates must have exceptional communication skills a strong commercial outlook and strong understanding of the principles of process analysis, process design and process re-design.
