Network Analyst - SCOTLAND , SIESMENS REALITIS DX, SDX, BACKUPS, SDN30, PRI, CABLING, CISCO,CCNA ,CALL MANAGER, VOIP, DESIGN. Working within a small technical team and supporting Broadband Division, you will be working in a fast paced environment. The role consists of both tier 2/3 operations in support of the EMEA Helpdesk and secondly in an Engineering/Design capacity. It is a requirement that the individual is available to join the on-call rota which is currently one week in four.
You should have extensive knowledge with:
Siemens Realitis DX or i-SDX
Move adds and changes of analogue telephones
Maintenance/backups including remote
Good understanding of legacy voice - ISDN30, PRI, cabling, Paging interconnections
Good working knowledge of Voice over IP - comprising of Cisco Unified Call Manager configuration and support - including G729, G711, MGCP, H.323, Partitioning, Dialplans, MTP, Extension mobility, IPCC, and Unity voicemail would also be of huge benefit.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and have no problems with remote fault diagnosis and resolution. The ability to prepare technical reports, extensive knowledge of customer service operations and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
