A leading international Law firm requires a CRM Professional to manage the development and implementation of their CRM systems (Interaction).
You will be required to ensure the systems are used and developed to help drive forward the strategic direction.
You would be required to build both internal and external relationships often liaising with key stakeholders including business development managers, pitch managers, and business analysis managers.
You will be expected to implement and expand the current CRM plan, whilst developing an excellent knowledge of Interaction and how it fits into the overall system.
To be successful, you would be a graduate 2:1 or above and should have gained experience in using client information to move business strategy forward, through the use of CRM (Interaction).
Ideally you should be working for a similar organisation (law firm) and have an understanding of the processes and structure of such firms.
