The Requirements Management Team is deeply involved in the new product development process en has a serious impact on the final products. A Requirements Manager will be working with Agile and User Centred Design methodologies. This position provides an opportunity to work within an exciting, supportive team, to interact with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Usability Engineers and Interaction designers, and to gain valuable insights into the product creation process. Objectives: manage requirements for projects establish, follow and educate others in the requirements managament process Profile of the suitable candidate A relevant bachelor or master degree in Computer Sciences, Human Computer Interaction, Technology Management, and a minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Manager . Experience in organizing workshops and team meetings. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. . Creative and flexible approach to problem solving. . Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills. . Fluent English (verbal, read, write).
