Project Staffing Solutions is a great solution for people who enjoy contracting but who desire less risk. It's an assignment based consulting model -  consultants are employed by us directly and then deployed on client sites for contract periods of around a year. At the end of the year contracts are either renewed with that client or our consultants redeployed.
