"The relationship between Marketforce and Abraxas over the last 5 years has grown in strength when looking for staff for both contract and permanent placements.  Initially the requirement was for top quality developer contractors to assist Marketforce on a large scale business critical project which would run over a 5 year period. These had to be long terms contracts in the technology area of Microsoft .NET and also ORACLE. One of the key successes was working with a dedicated and highly competent account manager who was able to quickly understand the calibre of contractor we were looking for whilst balancing this with a tight resource budget. Through the account manager Abraxas understood our business and our way of development and ensured that the candidates put forward were all capable of fulfilling the role. This ensured the volume of interviews was kept to a minimum and an excellant success rate was achieved. Abraxas also showed their flexibility and their co-operation when working with us to ensure the renewal of key developers took place to eliminate any staff turnaround which shows a good relationship between themselves and the contractors.  Recently we have also looked to Abraxas to support us in the area of recruiting permanent staff and also now into other technology areas.
